normal style=text-align: left; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 32pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0>為扎實(shí)推進(jìn)“12345”政府熱線順暢運(yùn)行，8月21日上午，保山市政務(wù)服務(wù)管理局在中國(guó)電信保山分公司5樓視頻會(huì)議室舉辦“12345”政府熱線業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)班。保山工貿(mào)園區(qū)管委會(huì)、高黎貢山旅游度假區(qū)管委會(huì)、市直政府熱線52個(gè)聯(lián)動(dòng)單位59名承辦人員參加培訓(xùn)。

normal style=margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 30pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0>培訓(xùn)會(huì)上，董再香副局長(zhǎng)簡(jiǎn)要通報(bào)了全市政府熱線推進(jìn)運(yùn)行的基本情況，并對(duì)做好政府熱線工作提出四點(diǎn)要求：一是必須完善工作網(wǎng)絡(luò)，建成集電話、短信、郵件、網(wǎng)站、微信和手機(jī)APP等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手段為一體的政府熱線公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)；二是必須做到責(zé)任到位，各聯(lián)動(dòng)單位要認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)推進(jìn)政府熱線運(yùn)行工作；三是必須做到規(guī)范運(yùn)行，建立業(yè)務(wù)辦理機(jī)制、督辦和考核等機(jī)制，規(guī)范政府熱線管理運(yùn)行工作；四是必須要強(qiáng)化宣傳，充分利用政府門戶網(wǎng)站、廣播電視、報(bào)刊、短信、微信、APP等媒體開展形式多樣的宣傳活動(dòng)。
